Snorkeling |
As with body boarding, snorkeling is as
simple or complicated as you make it. Frankly, New Jersey is not the
Bahamas, so the sights aren't going to be as exotic. Still, snorkeling
is a lot of fun and with the right combination of tides, wind and ocean
streams it's possible to see quite a bit. This is also true for other
areas, with the Gulf of Mexico off Tampa
often somewhat cloudy as well.
Safety Tip:
Be sure you're well out of the boat and personal water craft travel areas
while snorkeling.
